The truth in this blog may hurt liberals and could lead them to encounter a sense of severe frustration and anger. Other side effects may include a need to deny reality, rewrite history and an inexplicable desire to defend failed policies and socialist programs.
The Obama justice department is expected to announce on Monday that it will not continue federal prosecutions of 
those who legitimately use marijuana for medicinal purposes and those who sell marijuana for medicinal use. They are expected to stipulate that this decision will not apply to interstate transactions.The move is a departure from the Bush administration’s policy. If applied properly, I believe there is good reason for the policy shift that this decision marks.
